How much does a cleaner cost?
A regular house clean is $60.50 an hour, GST inclusive ($55 ex GST), with a $121 minimum that covers up to 2 hours. A 3-bed, 2-bath home is $211.75.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most ongoing customers are at work. After the first visit people usually leave a key, lockbox code or smart-lock PIN, and access details are shared only with your assigned cleaner.
Are your cleaners police-checked and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is interviewed, police-checked, identity-checked and covered by current public liability insurance before their first booking.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours of the clean, with photos of the areas you are not happy with, at sales@cleaneratdoor.com or 1300 381 988. We reply within 48 hours and re-clean those areas at no cost. If you are still unhappy after the re-clean, you get a full refund, paid within 15 days via Stripe.
Will an end of lease clean get my bond back?
It removes cleaning as a reason to withhold it, the part a cleaner controls. If cleaning items appear on your outgoing inspection, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we re-clean them at no charge. We do not promise the bond back.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations inside 24 hours of the booked start time incur a 50% cancellation fee. Extra work is only done with your agreement.
