How much does a cleaner cost?+
A casual whole-home clean is priced by your home's size — a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is $218. Deep cleaning is typically estimated at 1.5 times the casual-clean price and varies with the home's condition. Partial cleans are billed hourly from $69.50.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Most ongoing customers are at work. After the first visit people usually leave a key, lockbox code or smart-lock PIN — access details are shared only with your assigned cleaner.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?+
Yes. Every cleaner is interviewed, identity-checked and covered by current public liability insurance before their first booking.
What if I am not happy with the clean?+
Tell us within 48 hours with photos of the areas concerned and we arrange a free re-clean of them, free of charge.
Will an end of lease clean get my bond back?+
It removes cleaning as a reason to withhold it — the part a cleaner controls. If cleaning items appear on your outgoing inspection, tell us within 7 days and we return and re-clean them at no charge.
